Marsden Homes is led by David and Ashley Chapman, with family values at the heart of everything we do.

After spending many years building high-end homes in Auckland, David returned to his hometown of One Tree Point in 2017 with a vision to create a building company that focused on quality, communication and genuine customer care.

Today, Marsden Homes combines over 20 years of residential construction experience with a personalised approach that puts homeowners first. Every home we build is designed around our clients' land, lifestyle and long-term goals.

For us, it's not just about building houses. It's about creating homes where families can enjoy life's next chapter with confidence.
