You'll also receive a preliminary cost estimate, providing an early indication of your home's likely investment range.

Step 2: Planning & Preparation
16 to 18 Weeks
With your concept design finalised, we move into detailed planning and preparation.
This stage lays the foundation for a smooth construction process and helps eliminate surprises later in the journey.
During this stage we:
- Complete geotechnical and engineering investigations
- Prepare detailed construction drawings
- Finalise kitchen, laundry and cabinetry designs
- Complete interior selections
