A Family Home Designed For Real Life

Built in 2023 as David and Ashley Chapman’s own family home, 114 Kaurinui Crescent is one of the most personal projects Marsden Homes has ever completed.

Designed around the needs of a busy young family, this 263m² home combines practical design, quality craftsmanship and thoughtful storage solutions to make everyday living easier. Featuring five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double garage, the home provides plenty of space for family life while maintaining a warm and welcoming feel throughout.

With two young boys, storage was a major priority during the design process. From the huge attic storage area and ceiling-mounted hot water cylinder through to extensive built-in storage throughout the home, every square metre was carefully planned to maximise functionality.

The private master suite provides a peaceful retreat from the rest of the home, while the open-plan living spaces create the perfect environment for family time and entertaining. Practical features such as pull-down drying racks and generous storage solutions help simplify everyday life without compromising on style.

Located in One Tree Point, the home sits beside a local park and playground and is within easy walking distance of the local primary school. These lifestyle benefits were just as important as the design itself, creating a home that supports the way the family lives both inside and outside its walls.
