Year in Review: Celebrating Our Clients’ Dream Homes
.jpg)
As another year wraps up, we find ourselves reflecting on what truly matters.
It is not just the homes we build, but the people behind them.
Every project starts with a conversation. A family sharing their hopes. A couple talking about their dream home. Over the past year, we have had the privilege of turning those conversations into homes that feel right from the moment you walk through the door. This is a look back at what we have created together, and a quiet look forward to what is coming next.
Homes Built Around Real Lives
No two clients live the same way, and no two Marsden Homes builds look the same.
This year, one standout project was a first home in Waipu for a young family.
They wanted something simple, warm, and practical. A home where mornings felt calm and evenings felt easy. Seeing them collect their keys and walk through their home for the first time reminded us why we do this work.
Another special build was a modern farmhouse in rural Ruakaka.
This lovely couple wanted a slower pace of life. They wanted space, quiet, and views across Bream Bay. We designed the home to turn away from highway noise and open up to the landscape instead. The result was a home that feels peaceful, grounded, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
These projects may look very different, but they share the same foundation.
Careful listening. Thoughtful design. And quality that lasts.
A Showhome Designed to Feel Like Home
This year also marked an exciting milestone for us, the start of our new Marsden Homes Showhome.
Located at 104 Stace Hopper Drive, Marsden Cove, this home brings together everything we value in good design.
Natural light fills the space. High ceilings create a sense of openness. Indoor and outdoor areas flow together with ease.
This is not a Showhome built just to look good.
It is built to show how a home can truly support the way you live.
If you would like a first look, you can take a virtual tour of the Showhome now.
This gives you the chance to explore the layout and feel the space for yourself, even before the doors officially open.

Looking Ahead to 2026
While we are proud of what we have built, we are equally excited about what is ahead.
One upcoming project is a larger evolution of our new Showhome design, being built in Marsden Cove.
The client followed along as our Showhome came together. They loved the style, layout, and worked with us to evolve it into a home that suits the way they live. The result will be familiar in feel, but completely tailored to them.
We also have a high-end, architecturally designed canal-front home in planning for Marsden Cove.
This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home will include a games room, bar, wine cellar, outdoor fire, spa, and a private boat ramp. It is a true statement build and a clear example of what is possible when thoughtful design meets quality craftsmanship.
We will be sharing more on these homes in time. For now, we are enjoying watching the plans take shape.
Thank You for Being Part of the Journey
Every home we build is a partnership.
Thank you to the clients who trusted us with their vision, and to those who followed along, asked questions, and shared in the process.
If you are thinking about building, visiting our Showhome is a great place to start.
It offers a clear picture of how space, light, and layout come together when a home is designed with care.
Our doors open in February.
Until then, enjoy the first look, and keep an eye on your inbox for opening dates.
